Animated adventures of zack in time is a fun animated fantasy adventure through an alternative history. Packed full of magic,
Dragons, and Wizards. A coming of age story with a strong theme around family, the strength it gives us and,
sometimes, takes away.
In the year 2025 there’s no magic outside of Zack’s imagination. Until, on his 12th birthday, a Time Wizard
transports him and his older sister, Marla, back into a magic and medieval Kingdom where Zack’s arrival is
prophecy. In this strange new world full of three legged donkey’s and thieving fairy gangs, Zack develops the
power to bring inanimate objects to life. The first object brought to life is Bucky, his trusty bucket and
unhinged best friend.
To help Zack and Marla (16) make sense of this odd new world they reluctantly team up with Ryder (16); an
apprentice blacksmith from medieval Folkstown with ties to the resistance. Ryder isn’t without his own
problems; going through puberty in a time of dark magic, revolution, and public executions is tough, I guess.
The Kingdom of Folkstown was once a bustling epicentre for magic and magical creature trade. Everything was
rainbows and unicorns, literally. Unfortunately good times don’t last as the dark Wizard King Arthur turned
on the Democratic Wizard’s Council, entering a hundred year war. Defeating the council, Arthur has now
ruled unopposed for one thousand years. Nothing happens without his say so, including magic use.
Zack, Marla, Ryder, and Bucky will need to find new allies and defeat powerful foes in the hope that each
adventure in time, will give them the tools to defeat Arthur, free the Kingdom, and find their way home.

Just like everything Zack touches comes alive, his comic also comes to life with fully animated panels!
Animated Adventures of Zack in Time is a love letter to our passion for animation. That's why we want to create an animated TV series. However, when we needed to introduce the world to Zack in Time, producing a comic book was a much easier starting point. But Zack can't exist without animation!
So, here it is —The Animated Tales of Zack! The first issue is out now. Go check it out!
